Help! Confused!
I am now 6 days late for AF. I have been slightly cramping on and off for 7 days now. Still no bleeding. I do not usually cramp with my AF. I have taken several hpt and they are all negative. I woke up this am with nausea and lower back ache. Can you get pregnancy symptoms before a hpt shows up positive?

I did research you can get some early pregnancy signs . I sm in the same boat as you . I been havr cramping and light headed and dizziness gassy bloated hungry and nauseous and sharp pains in my lower abdomen and back and upper pains . I think im going crazy! ! I did two early pregnancy test all were negative o went to the doctor twice and they were negative. My OB /GYN told me I was too early to tell im only in my Tww. But my period was due may 8 but it has not arrived this is day 2 dpo.
