Two tests, same sample, one positive, one negative. Which one is right?

I'm only 8 do but slightly addicted to peeing on a stick. I just did a test (with late afternoon urine) and a line came up straight away. Faint but not so faint that I had to squint and tilt it etc. Did the other test that came in the pack with the same urine and it was negative. What do you think? Is it possible one was more sensitive than the other?
