12 DPO and Spotting

12 DPO. Very, very light spotting...more like a hint of brownish pink blood when wiping and a couple spots in panties (sorry for TMI!). Boobs are very sore and swollen, spilling over the cups! Feel like I have to pee a lot but then not much comes out, but doesn't feel like a UTI. AF due on 5/6. HPT yesterday afternoon was negative, not even a faint lo e. Will wait to see if AF come on Wednesday and if not will test again
