What is normal follicle size require on day 9 and day 14
Today on day 9 i had did follicular study...i have right overy follicle size 16 X 13 + MSF ; left ovary 18 X14 + MSF and EM thickness is 5.6 mm...my left tube is blocked...what is chances of pregnancy conceive... what require follicle size on day 14

Follicles are mature at 18mm or larger with an estrogen level of 200 or more. There is no "required" follicle size for cycle days. Size of follicles in relationship to cycle days varies from cycle to cycle. Maturity of follicles has nothing to do with cycle days. They will be mature when they reach the above mentioned sizes and hormone levels. Your Endometrial lining of 5.6 suggests that the follicles are not mature yet. The lining increases with rising estrogen and correlates with the maturity level of the follicles. Since eggs from from the side with the blocked tube occasionally still find the healthy Fallopian tube on the other side you have ~70% fertility. Wishing you the very best.
