You O 12-36h after u are positive (which is hours before you get your pos opk), bc we don't test exactly when O starts (it could have started at night)
Yes u can O after a positive opk (when it actually turns negative), I called the company they said to BD before during and 2 days after a positive , although chances are smaller after it turns negative... But still possible :) good luck..
