Going insane.!!!!

dpO 6, hungry, tired, headache, gassy, right ankle hurts, heartburn, cramp AF due may 11th could I? I had a MC in September. I wanted to rip out my uterus on dpO 4. I'm 36 and it seems to be so hard. :( we want one...praying
