I am experiencing these and I am on day 37 and still no period. I have been told it's my body trying to adjust to coming off the pill. However I have read that these types of pains/aches are to do with early pregnancy, I would keep testing every 2-3 days until your period comes.

Thank you! Anybody else know what it may be?? I don't want to get my hopes up and assume pregnancy. :/

I will say that most likely you are pregnant. I am 5 weeks and 3 days. Really around 18-22 dpo. I forgot. Lol. But I feel the same pain when I bend over. Really low. And it's sharp and then it goes away when u sit up. Also hurts when u stretch and lean backwards. Take a test. Good luck.
