Hcg to low?

At 12 dpo went to drs hcg level 24.isn't that to low?

I don't think for 12 DPO it is too low. Here is a chart I found on Babycenter:

Nope, just make sure you go back and re-test. However I really would wait until a few days after your missed period to check again.

It should continue to go up. I wouldn't worry. Retest in a few days;as it almost will double at that time.
