I'm in the same kind of boat. I asked for metformin because of insulin resistance. I've noticed changes in my cycle. Less painful, only a couple heavy days instead of the whole week. I used metformin for a month, then heard about berberine (natural form, not impressed with latest research so probably switching back), and have been on the about a month now...I'm on cd 31 of a 45ish day cycle. We'll see what happens. I've done a bit of research and will have my results tested on the 27th to see if there has been a difference Between the 2. I've heard great things about metformin!! thank you, Brittney!! Just a small update to give you inspiration. ..I had a 34 day cycle, wayyyy lighter and less painful than the one before...and...I was temping and confirmed ovulation!! :0D
