Do I have a chance ? Going crazy here ..

today is my cd 30 .. I have pcos so I Don keep track of ovulation .. but started 1500 mg metformin per day this month .. no signs of af .. breast hurt ( like very very bad ) sore nipples .. but no darkening of aerolas , no vomiting , defly fatigue .. so scared to take a preg test and afraid of getting negative. . Please help me .. when I toss n turn at night my breasts are hurting so much .. normally I Don have any symptoms bcos of pcos .. also had some weird twinges and cramps .. also some pale yellow cm .. going crazy here ladies .. pls help ..
