Can you have a healthy pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy?

I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant, last May-June I had an ectopic pregnancy and they had to take my left tube. Last time I had a bleeding at 4-5 weeks. I'm not getting a scan for another 2 weeks. Has anyone had a healthy pregnancy after?

Yes, i had an ectopic with a tube removed as well and I had a healthy 6 year old after that.

Yep, I had an ectopic pregnancy last april and lost my right tube and right now I am currently 8 weeks preg and its a healthy pregnancy! :)
