B6 Supplement: Side effects?
After concluding that I have a short LP, I've added B6 to my list of supplements. I started taking 1 right before breakfast yesterday and again today, as it says to take with any meal. I've been taking Vitex, D3, Fish Oil, and Prenatals for awhile without any issues. After taking the B6, I became really nauseous for about a half hour to an hour and it subsided. About an hour later, my stomach became upset and I can't go too far from the bathroom. This has happened both yesterday and today. Has anyone had similar experiences related to adding B6 to your supplement list?

Thanks girls!
Dakota: The bottle I got was 100mg I believe. It's at home so I'm not 100% sure. I was thinking about cutting them in half tomorrow and doing as you just suggested. I usually take all of my vitamins and supplements right before leaving the house and make my breakfast when I get to work 10 minutes later but I'll try taking half after lunch and half after dinner.
