I get pulling pains as my bladder empties in early pregnancy. For me it feels like there's a string connecting my bladder to my cervix. If I think about it the pulling twinges I get could also feel like what you're describing and I'm pretty sure it's little adhesions stretching etc from my c section scar. I too have had miscarriages but have felt this pulling/pain with all pregnancies, successful or not. Try not to look into too much as being a sign, good or bad. It's got more to do with the uterus stretching and bulking up to accommodate pregnancy. Good luck, if it bothers you too much get checked out, reassurance is as important as anything else. :)
