BD timing question with the trigger shot?

I used to know this since it took us forever to get little man BUT it's been awhile since we have been on fertility meds. We did have 2 failed cycles late last year but this is the first this year. I NEED help please with timing of BD.
This cycle we were on a 150 dose of folistim each night & a dose of 10 a night of lupron from cycle days 6-13 (April 15-22nd) And then we triggered on cycle day 14 and I also had my last folistim dose that night. We had about 5-6 mature follicles but about 12-13 total.

We BD'd cycle days 9 & 12 and then again the night of CD 14/early AM of 15. I had triggered at around 9-10pm on cycle day 14 and the sex happened at about 4:30-5am

We TRIED our best to BD again Saturday cycle day 16 but I was hurting too bad with ovulation pains and then we tried this morning for 30 min but hubby just couldn't finish (sorry for tmi).
So basically cycle days 8,9,12 and that time in between 14/15 is all we have been able to do.
