Is this implantation bleeding? Please help.

Okay, so I am 13dpo and after I had intercourse today I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a peachy/brown coloured discharge on the paper. It hasn't occurred again since. I've never bled after intercourse before and I'm wondering is there a chance this could be implantation bleeding. My AF varies between 28-31 days so I was due yesterday or at the latest tomorrow. When it starts it is always bright red. Never experienced this before and I didn't have implantation bleeding with my son.
