I am having burning like not cramping in my uterus area. Has anyone else experienced that?

I am 5-6 dpo and cramped a little this morning. Now I am having this burning like in my uterus area. I have had nausea on and off since yesterday morning and boobs tender and very tired. Anyone know what may be causing the burning sensation.?
