Spotting for 4days, wk before AF is due

So today is cd 24 for me n I've been having light spotting since cd 21. I believe I ovulated on cd 13 but according to this it'd technically be cd 14 so today I'd be 10 dpo. I've been really emotional n irritable the last few days n the smallest things make me cry sometimes (it sux). Also having slight cramping, bbs ache here n there n my back n lower back keep getting sore.
