Question

I am 4-5 dpo and very nauseous this morning. I'm cramping in my left ovary and very tired.

Does this sound promising for pregnancy? I ovulated around the 18-21

At 4-5DPO, it's more likely that any symptoms your experiencing are related to progesterone. Even If conception had occurred, you would not have implanted yet. Since you are not pregnant till you implant, any symptoms can not yet be associated with pregnancy.
