Very little. While sperm can conceivably live 3-5 days in the most hospitable of situations, they start dying off pretty quickly, like after 6-12 hours. Also, by day 4, the sperm that have survived are most likely past the fallopian tubes and wandering around lost in your abdomen.

But it IS possible! Good luck!

I think its 50/50! Sperm can live up to 5 days in the body and they don't just start dying off, the strong will continue to thrive and the weak are the only ones who die off early on but there are several that thrive… I would still stay very hopeful! =) good luck!
