1st cycle clomid 5-9, 4 days of positive opk!!??
Ok, so I got my first positive opk on the evening of cd 13. So then I decided I would just do 1 opk at 2 each day to see when ovulation window was gone. Well today is cd 17 and I still have a very strong positive opk! Has anyone else experienced this and what might it mean? On cd 15 I had very strong cramping which I believed was ovulation, I woulda bet my life on it! But if I'm still getting positive opk did I really even ovulate yet?? Any experiences ladies??

Yes this month my Dr increased clomid to 100 mg I am on cycle 5 of clomid. I got a super positive opk on cd 12 and 13. My temp never rose on bbt chart so kept testing and the got super positive again on cycle days 16,17,18,19 finally went negative on 20th. Bbt chart shows ovulation on cd 17/18. Did my blood work today. I believe the positive on cd 12 and 13 were false positive from clomid. This is my first month using bbt and I am very glad I did.

I did another opk just now and it's finally negative! So I'm thinking I did actually ovulate on 15 or 16 due to the cramping I had. So weird how this all works though. I did get negative opk on cd 11 and 12 though so I don't think clomid was the reason for mine. I think it just maybe took longer for my eggs to release or heaven forbid I just didn't ovulate. Time will tell I guess. Good luck ckry28!!!
