Could I be pregnant?

Hi all. This is my first ever question, newcomer and first month in ttc.

I am 17dpo and 3days late, I have been having all sorts of symptoms for a few days now including cramps/pressure/fullness/runny nose/tender bbs/slight nausea /backaches/legaches .... So I decided to do a hpt today, went for the clear blue digital and its come up with 'not pregnant'

Im not sure I believe it, has anyone had false negative with them before?should I test again in a few days if af still isn't here? Or am I just kidding mysel
