Sharp pain in my groin area on both sides. What causes that?

I have Pcos and type 2 diabetes. I have been trying to conceive for five years. I take provera to induce a period. I have been nauseated for almost two weeks. Having cramping in lower back and abdomen and my breasts are sore. Now having sharp pain in my groin area on both sides. Almost close to my vagina. What causes this pain?
