Odd Gestational sac

I had an ultrasound yesterday at 6 weeks and 2 days, my gynocologist seemed happy and congratulated me. But I look at the photo he gave me and I feel like it's an odd shape, I don't no if I would say irregular. I will try to upload a photo. Anyway he said to come back in two weeks cause I will see more. I have polycysotc ovaries so was on clomid to get pregnant to. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this

The angle of the transducer will make the sac shape look weird, some angles it looks nice and round and others it can look elongated or even tear drop shaped. The doctor would have noticed any true irregularity. Congratulations! :)
