Lots of watery discharge woke up really wet this morning. Help may be pregnant?

I'm 4dpo I sleep in a night gown often and woke up like really wet .it would prolly still be too early to test but I need some help from people who are maybe pregnant or trying to get pregnant. Any early symptoms I could check on?

It's kind of hard to say. It can be normal to get discharge after ovulation and before AF. I would wait a few more days and see if you have any other symptoms :) Good luck!

At 4dpo, the same things would be happening whether you had conceived or not, so symptom spotting this early isn't going to tell you anything sorry!!
