15dpo. Negative Blood Test. No sign of AF. High temps. Am I out?

I had a very rough week. i had 4 positive pregnancy tests (that turned out to be false positives- they were a bad batch of internet cheapies... never will I buy them again). I had many many BFNs from FRERs and First Signal (Walmart Brand) and then a negative blood test today.
BUT, my BBT keeps rising (I've never seen it that high!) and I had a moment of very intense "twinging" today (It seriously felt like a butterfly trapped in my uterus- and it went on for over a minute. It was kind of uncomfortable).
Do you think I'm out for this month? Has anyone ever gotten a BFP this late in the game with so many BFNs?
