Am I pregnant? When should I test?

I got a positive OPK on the 14 (day 20) and I'm pretty sure I ovulated that evening. I had sex everyday for 4 days before then and every day after that so I know I didn't miss. I've been have tingling breasts, headache, tired, sore back and weird twinges and cramps in my stomach. Also for the past 2 days I've been getting white stretch/sticky cm. Has anyone had that before? My last pregnancy was 4 years ago so I don't remember. I normally would think 7 dpo is too early but this morning I felt nauseous. How soon should I wait. My luteal phase is usually 11- 13 days. I can't go based on period bc I had a miscarriage a few months back so my cycles were all over the map! Any input would help! Thanks :)
