Blood test at a 1 hug level. Doctor made me do a urine test as well today?

I went to my primary care physician last week and they requested that I have a blood test done to see if I was pregnant. I got the call yesterday saying that it was negative. Today I went to see my gynecologist who I had the appointment scheduled for prior to seeing my primary care physician. My OBGYN requested I took a urine test in office, I had said " well my primary care had me take a blood test and called me with results saying it was negative". She then said yes I know but that was last week and you were at a 1 which is negative but it's not zero. I was just wondering if anyone else has been through this? I am suppose to get a phone call later tonight or tomorrow if it comes back positive. She also checked my cervix , I don't know if that has anything to do with it either.
