Dark positive hpt faint positive Drs test

I went to the doctor today to try to get a blood test for my levels but my dr wasn't in and the nurse gave me a pee test and it came back positive but faint. I came home and took another and it's dark as ever. I've taken clear blue digital with the weeks pregnant 2-3 first response positive dark as the control line. And Internet cheapies have progressed to dark lines. why would the doctors be faint though? My period was 4 weeks ago today.

The Drs test was probably not as sensitive. HPT sensitivities can range from 10miu to 100miu!
The more sensitive the smaller levels it will pick up, so the darker the line!
