First time pregnancy at 20! Complete shock! Help?
Hello, me and my husband have just found out that we are pregnant about a week ago. Although not planned we are VERY happy as we got told we couldn't have kids due to my medication I've been on from a car crash. But i was wondering weather how i feel is normal or not? I've got doctors on Wednesday & we are asking for a earlier scan due to my medication and my partner heart condition. We aren't entirely sure how far gone i am. Because we wasn't expecting it, i had a full period 22 February that lasted 6days and was heavy. Then 5th march i had 2 days of tiny light bleeding. So im confused as to how far gone i am. My stomach is bloated so much, struggle to eat much but can nibble throughout the day. Completely exhausted and itchy! Any help Would be so greatful!!! Xx

If you have a 28 day cycle I'm guessing you're around 7-8 weeks as the pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period. The two day light bleed sounds like implantation. It's normal to be quite bloated at this time and you might find that the bloating will ease off over the next four weeks and then you'll start to develop a little pot belly from your uterus starting to pop up. Your queasy bloaty tummy might turn into some real morning sickness at this stage too. Congratulations it's a lovely surprise for you both. :)
