Ovulation day?

Do you count the day of a positive opk as ovulation day? Or is it the day after? Just curious.....

I had wondered the same thing and then decided to use the day after for calculating my dpo. I was using clearblue advanced so I used the day after my first solid smiley. When I put that date in the tools on this site My symptoms and date to test lined up perfectly so I'm confident that's the right date to use.

It's a 12-48+ hr window for O after the first positive, so go with the median (24-36hrs) and call O the next day. Def keep bd'ing in case u arent "average" and O a day or so after most.
