Weird period or heavy implantation bleeding?

On April 10th (11 dpo) I started spotting than on the 11th the bleeding started to be more heavy but not like usual (no cloth or cramping sry tmi) and on the 12th going back to spotting and by the 13th nothing. Normally, my periods last at least 5 days maybe more sometimes. Now it's been a couple of days where I have lower back pain and lower abdomen "stretching". I felt nauseous in the begining of the week some headaches and my bbt has been higher than usual on this part of my cycle. Can I be pregnant ? I would so want to it's been 6 months ttc and it's driving me insane because with my first one only took 2 months...
