I'm only 7dpo but I keep feeling really sick and lightheaded but BFN!
For the last 2 days I've been really lightheaded and feel sick. I've also been really constipated and I feel like I've got a uti. I thought I'd test early with already having symptoms but it was BFN. We've been trying for 3 years now. Is it possible these signs mean I could be pregnant or is it just wishful thinking? Thanks everyone xxx

7 DPO is really early still. I had Implantation bleeding and the whole dizzy/lightheaded thing at 6 & 7DPO; I still didn't get a positive pregnancy test until this past Sunday, which was CD 23 and 11 DPO.
Some women experience VERY early signs of it - for me, the lightheadedness is my cue that I was pregnant - like we're talking, my body was shouting to me that there was a baby on board. I know it's hard, but waiting until at least 10-11 DPO will 1) Save you money on HPT's (cause lets face it, they're expensive as all hell!), and you won't spend your day squinting at them, driving yourself nuts over the shadow of what could be a line on them.
Overall - Sounds SUPER promising, but you could have a UTI or a bug. Sounds horrible, but you just have to wait it out.
