TTC #1 with donor sperm & fertility issues
So, my wife and I started tracking my ovulation back in January and I was waiting and waiting for my period to come. I started getting ovulation symptoms and remembered spotting I had a couple weeks before and just by change took an ovulation test every day. I got a blinking smiley for about 6 days and ended up running out of tests but since we weren't trying that month I just figured I'd wait until I got my period and counted back to find which day I ovulated since I knew I had the blinky smiley. Well, my period never came. It's been 3 months so I went to the doctor. My periods have never been regular so she took some blood and prescribed me Provera to kick start my periods. My dr said either my hormone levels are off, or I may be infertile.
my question is- should I track ovulation after the provera? What if my period still doesn't come? I will ask my doctor these questions obviously, but I'm so nervous about the results. help?

Don't be nervous about your results! You'll be fine! I hope that your not infertile. Every woman should be able to have children if they want to. My fiancé and I(We are both females) have been trying. We had sperm donated to us, and we used the turkey baster method, as silly as that sounds, but doctors have said that a lot of couples have successful stories using this method. I am at 13 DPO, and I'm still getting BFN. I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms as well. It's all very confusing, but everything will be alright. I think that you should track your ovulation after you take the Provera. It's your decision obviously in the end, but I understand your looking for maybe some guidance. I wish you, and your wife the very best of luck with everything. God Bless
