implantation bleeding ?

Hi all I started bleeding at 10dpo so I thought bummer as we really want a baby today I'm 12 dpo and I'm woke up to my pad with black blood Neva had a period that dark could it be implantation bleeding I'm tryna post a pic but not quite sure how to I shouldn't of came on until tomorrow Wednesday so I do think also I've came on four days early I really do hope it's implantation but not getting my hopes up x
