Early pregnancy symptoms? Or just normal

I'm just wondering, I ovulated March 21, had intercourse that day and on the 23rd. I did get my period but a week late on April 4-8, it was a usual period except it did not last as long, usually I last 5-6 days. Before I started I had yellow brown tinged mucous, and since my period ended I continued with the same discharge. I have been very fatigued, moody, have sore breasts, have this discharge at least 1-2xday when I wipe and mild cramping. I have taken a pregnancy test but it came out negative, I feel it is too soon to tell or nothing is in there at all. Is there a possibility I may be pregnant or is this just my hormones messing with me?
