Ive done about 15 cycles (give or take) of it...I love it! It never gave me a BFP, but it did help shorten my cycles and bring O forward by 10-12 days.

I took soy isoflavones last month and again this month. Did not get a bfp last month and I didnt get a positive opk until cd 16. This cycle I did not get a positive opk till cd 18. I usual have an earlier O, do I dunno? Lol I haven't noticed much difference in cm or the intensity of O.... We'll see if it happens this month after a late O...

I used soy isoflavones for 2 months and got my bfp on my second month after 10 months of ttc. I took it from cycle day 2-6. I ovulated earlier than I usually did. I went from a 28-33 days cycle to a 26 day cycle. The first month I took them it gave me headaches so on the second month I started taking them before bed which helped. I took 100g on cycle day 2-4 and 125g on cycle day 5 and 6.
