BFN but definite pregnancy signs - 16dpo

I need help! This morning I took my first pregnancy test and got a BFN, but I should be 16dpo my cycle started Aug 15th and I should've ovulated on the 29th. Might I have miscalculated? I know that many early pregnancy symptoms are similar to PMS but I thought that the fact that I have developed many new and large montgomery glands on my breasts would be a sure sign? Is that a sign for something else? Is there a chance I could still be pregnant?

Well test aren't always a 100% and if you didn't use the first urine of the day then it may give you a false negitive. It would not hurt to wait a few more days before retaking the test. Good Luck!!!
