Does anyone have any experience with Femara used for fertility?
I used clomid once successfully but considering Femara this time to avoid added risk of multiples.

I used Femara 3 times and on the 3rd got a bfp. A friend on this site suggested it over clomid b/c she said clomid makes the uterine lining to thin & dries up cervical mucus. Although I've heard some ladies use estrogen with clomid to help with those problems.
The only side effect I had from Femara was sleepiness, so I switched to taking it at night instead of in the morning. I did use gonal-f in the days following Femara b/c of my age (in the 40s), but seems like lots of women love Femara & it helps them get a bfp.
