cycle after Mirena and possible implantation bleeding??

so here is the deal, I had mirena inserted after my first son and never had a cycle while on it. I had it removed 3 months ago and still haven't had a cycle. we want to conceive, but not having a period is making this extra hard. i feel as if i do ovulate, because i will have ewcm and cramping localized to where i did before mirena, but never get a visit from aunt flo. The last week my boobs have HURT. sorry for the tmi. and today after a walk with hubby, i am cramping like no other. when i went to the bathroom, there was a drop i mean a tiny drop of blood on my panties. is it a start of a period? implantation bleeding? something else? were not using birth control at moment, and ive been testing periodically but ive not tested the last week almost 2. no other blood when i wipe. just confused.
