Why was my Period late last and very early this month!

And why did they only last three days?? My monthly cycles were always 28 days and my period would last 6 days....

Period late last month: you probably ovulated later than usual.
Period early this month: you probably ovulated earlier than usual. The lp is just about the same length every cycle. So, since ov dates can vary, cycle lengths will also vary. Best to you.
