Implantation bleeding??

I asked this earlier but it was overlooked so Hey everyone, I have longer cycles, about 36 days & I ovulated about 2 weeks ago. I'm not due to start my period until exactly 1 week from today but I had some spotting this morning. I usually spot a day or two before my period so idk if I'm just starting early (It always comes like clockwork), or if this is possible implantation bleeding. I've had sore breasts for over a week now too... thoughts?
