Question

Chart help! Big rise/dip 7-11DPO

Need some help! I'm confused......
I had a temp rise at 7 DPO *Triphasic* then pretty big drop at 11 DPO, almost to coverline but not bellow...
AF is not due for another week.
What do you think?? How can I read this? I'm so confused? Can Triphasic and Drop happen in the luteal phase??
Thanks for your comments!

Triphasic charts happen during the lp randomly, so do temp dips. Neither can be interpreted as a sign indicating pregnancy. Best to you.

Thanks for that! But I usually experience a slow rise.... So all that confusing...

It's completely normal to have triphasic patterns and dips. neither can give a very good indication of pregnancy since they can happen on both pregnant and nonpregnant charts. So much can affect ur bbt...sleeping with ur mouth open, having a window open or a fan on, wearing different pjs, having an extra blanket, waking up earlier or later, or just having a restless night. You can't base anything on just one temp. Ur looking for the overall pattern. And bbt is really only useful for determining o, not pregnancy.

Yep, it is often confusing, even for me and I have been charting for a long time.
