Could my sore nipples and darkening areola be from nipple stimulation? Early pregnancy symptom?

My husband was recently sort of rubbing my nipples, that was about last week, now my nipples are more sensitive, areolas are darker and seems they are getting bigger along with my breasts, I want to add im still slightly leaking from giving birth a bit over year ago which is normal for me, I haven't breast fed in over a year.. my husband hasn't bothered my nipples lately could this be a sign of pregnancy 8dpo? It started at 6dpo and continues to get worse (random needle feeling pain in my nipples also)
