Dont even know why im posting, itll just crush me with the answers anyways, need Answers!

Today is Cd 42, natural cycle after 3 clomid cycles. The last two were 33 days on the dot, irregular before and provera the first round which royally screwed me up. Anyways, natural cycle this time, thought I had ovulatio pain from my right day 17/18 (normaL). Now day 42, started off with sharp pain on the inside of my lower ribs, left ovary area and spread to across my whole pelvic region. It shouldnt be a cyst as I dont normally produce enough fsh to grow a follie, and the last cyclw my 28mm follie did rupture (confirmed blood and ultrasound) other things include moodiness, weepiness, gas, heartburn, "nesting", no af symptoms at all, lots of cm a few days ago, now dry (not like before af). Negative test on day 35, but if I ovulated later it wouldnt have shown up That early... Any ideas? **all medications medically prescriped through fertility clinic**
