Hi love - First, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's one of the most painful things a woman has to go through and my heart goes out to you! I had a natural miscarriage in November of last year and unfortunately, it took me quite a while for the bleeding to stop- probably around 12-14 days. I would presume everyone is different however but I would prepare for at least a week.
