Is this normal? 10dp 3dt and cramping bad, no bleeding though

10 pd3dt and have had terrible cramps, but no AF. I am 1 day late. No POAS yet.. I took 2 earlier this week and they came back BFN. I will not test again until my Dr. apt 3.3. Has anyone else had AF type cramps and ended up with a BFP?
