Question

I gave 37 day cycles, When is the earliest I can take a test?

Hi guys, I have longer cycles than some. Usually every 36-37 days. So on shorter months I sometimes don't even have a period. When I do get them they are always light and only 3-4 days. Anyways, I am about 10 dpo, I have about 10 days until my expected period but I'm already experiencing sore breasts, nausea, and backpain. I took a test today that looked negative but then I came back later and seen a line, but not sure if it's just evap or what. So when do you think it would be possible for a positive to show up on a test?

Hi sarah778 I also have similar length cycles (35-36 days), and I generally try not to test prior to 12dpo. I know its hard to wait but I would hold off for a couple more days and retest. FX for you! :)

Similar thing happened to me. Tested yesterday at 9dpo and I had a test that was so faint it looked negative. But I swore I saw something. It was outside the time limit too. Took one this morning and thought it was negative but checked it again this afternoon and again swore there was a line. Posted it on here but the pic didn't do it justice. Plus it was almost 12 hours old. Just took one and got a nice pink line within the time frame. It's very faint but it's definitely a bfp. I'm only 10dpo. Check again tomorrow and the next day. By then if you really see a line today it should be visible.

I'm in the same boat. I'm on 11dpo today and trying to be patient enough to wait until af is supposed to show which is in 5 days. (I used my last cycle which was the shortest it's been in months , 31 days)
