Question

BBT Chart Help!

I am having a really hard time interpreting my chart this month especially in understanding IF i have ovulated and why my temps are so low and not rising.. can any one offer advice? my chart is up to date in my profile. thank u!

It looks like the interpretation of your O day is correct given the temperature shift. How long is your LP normally? Sometimes your temp can dip and go back up, but if it continues to go down, it could mean AF is on her way. Do you use Fertility Friend to chart also or just this website?

@qtlady77 this is only my second time charting and last month it was 29 days because of a chemical pregnancy. But i generally have a longer cycles usually 34-36 days. I also use FF. I am just so really confused with all the erratic BBTs and now FF is only giving me dashed crosshairs because of confusion with all the positive OPKs and temp dips.

Ok good- FF I feel is more reliable in it's interpretation. Have you tried changing the tuning/override to Research or based off of your opk? Sometimes research can give you something different. I'm really sorry your temps are confusing- I completely understand as I've had that the past several cycles.
