Question

Pain after pos opk...mean I ovulated?

Hello, first month using opk and bbt charting and a little confused. First off me and dh have been ttc for 6 months #3 and had chemical preg in Nov and this month I started using fertility blend, evening primrose, and stil taking my prenatal. Wondering if that would make me ovulate early in cycle. I got a pos opk with fmu on cycle day 12 and that night and next day started to get pretty painful sharp pains in abdomen. Felt like my ovaries on left side. My opks are neg but still 2 lines. Temp only raised slightly 2 days later.on cycle day 14 now. Did I ovulate right after the pos opk when I got them pains or am I still gearing up for ovulation? Thank you!!

If you got a positive at cd12, you ovulated 12-36 hours after that even if the opk turned negative right away. (Assuming you check everyday at least), only consider first positive!!! (Most likely you ovulated at cd13). It also could be at cd14. I tend to have pain during O days.. That's very common for moms who had more than 2 kids my doc said. Also at 2 dpo my ovary was pinching when I ended up being pregnant. That I remember very well :) good luck..
