Yep mine got so bad! I always have a pretty thick mustache and I get a few chin hairs but it was awful during my pregnancy.. I don't think I noticed a difference til about 6-7 weeks though

It's happened on last two pregnancies but didn't make it past 6 weeks on both. I wouldn't mind turning into a werewolf if I get a sticky bean! :) Thanks Kitten90, good to know it affects people at some stage!

I think the worst of it was on my belly =( That was terrible. Oddly enough, the hair on my legs and the top of my head was falling out during pregnancy =/ No idea why that happened lol I've talked to a few other women who had similar issues

I'll be on the lookout for belly hair then! :) I've heard a lot about hair falling out but I think women are less likely to discuss hairyness!

I have been on metformin for 2 years now. I don't know about more hair on my face, I usually have a bit of a fine moustache and hair on my feet...lol. But my doctor specifically told me NOT to take aspirin or ibuprofen because they thin your blood thus thinning your lining causing miscarriage. So if I were you, I would clarify this with your doctor.

Hey JJR518! Thanks, I think you could be right so I'll ask a specialist because I find GP's all seem to have inconclusive information about PCOS and fertility. Very frustrating but I think you're right, self medicating will probably do more harm than good! :)

ALthough that being said there is a lot of new research into Aspirin for miscarriage prevention on the net. Worth a read and a convo with fertility specialist:) Best of luck with TTC#1!!!! :)
